Dressed to Kill
This delightful program invites the audience to explore the amazing adaptations of birds of prey. An adult volunteer is the center of attention, and the laughing stops only when the live bird appears to demonstrate the true marvels of its being. You may choose an owl or a hawk as the focus of this program.

Which Hawk is That? Raptor ID
Learn basic silhouette and flight patterns that will help you distinguish one type of hawk from another. A practice session will help you to apply your new-found skills.

Tales to be Told
Raptors have captured our imagination since before written history. In this program, students are challenged to separate fact from fantasy, while celebrating both, in an interactive tell-out-loud fable about a hawk or an owl (you choose which!).

Legacy
Reminisce and compare stories with a timeline and slide presentation depicting pivotal events in recent history, many of which impacted the conservation ethic.

All About Owls
Stories, songs, and finger games keep busy hands and minds focused on the wonders of owls and their awesome features! You'll have a live owl as a guest, too!

Raptors in Art
Review a brief history of raptors in art with a Powerpoint presentation. Then, with a live owl or hawk as model, try your own hand at producing a masterpiece in the medium of your choice. You provide the art supplies, we supply the model.

Baby Bird
Every spring the wild is alive with baby birds, many of which find their way to your home as "orphaned". What DO you do when you find a baby bird? Song, a series of allegories, and an optional puppet show help children answer this annual question by learning how baby birds and baby people are alike and DIFFERENT. Beware, they will leave singing!

Second Chance
The bigger the group, the more fun this simulation game show is. With the help of the audience, volunteers try to avoid the hazards of migration as they get a group of hawks to their wintering ground. By the end of the game, amidst cheers of victory, all agree that it is the hawks who win!

Animals All Around
Children love animals; yet not all animals should be loved the same way. Through songs, stories, fun, children learn the differences between wildlings and pets. Different lives, different needs, and different ways to both.

| Raptor Round Robin
With structured inquiry, you and your students will explore study skins, mounts, and biofacts of a variety of raptors while they draw forth their skills and talents in observation, art, science, language arts, and math. The exercise is highlighted by a visit from a live raptor.

Campfire Style
In a circle, students have fun in interactive format while they explore wildlife diversity through stories, songs, and games. 70 Minutes; Grades 2 - 6
The Skin I'm In
Whether it's with feathers, fur, or scales, an animal's covering is critical to its survival. How are these coverings the same, and how are they different? A live bird helps illustrate the importance of the proper attire $220
Wild Defenses
Sometimes offensive, sometimes defensive, the variety of wildlife self-protection will amaze you and your young biologists. $185; include a live raptor for an additional $65 (adds 15 minutes to the presentation)
Making Sense

The Unhuggables
Nobody likes them, but they all play an important role in our ecosystem. This program helps students discover the inherent value in even the most repulsive of wild animals. $185; include a live raptor for an additional $65 (adds 15 minutes to the presentation)
Studying Raptors?
Bring in the experts! It all happens at the convenience of your own classroom and schoolground. Each day of the week, your students spend 2 1/2 hours with an OFES staff person who helps them explore a different avenue of raptors of raptor life with games, activities, and crafts. The final day culminates with a live bird presentation.
5 Consecutive Days (weekly can be arranged at additional cost)
