an Outreach for Earth Stewardship educational project
OFES supervises eagle care coordination and supervision, training for volunteers, and outreach education for the Addison Dead Creek bald eagle restoration program, and partners with:
Central Vermont Public Service: provides website and ad hoc support
United States Department of Fish & Wildlife: coordinates eagle procurement and federal permits.
Vermont Department of Fish & Wildlife: provides site, site management, media expertise, support personnel, day-to-day care-supervision.
National Wildlife Federation: provides biologists, emergency care, administative support, care support, outreach education.
Funding for the project acquired by Senator Jeffords.
